Photographs of Earle BeverClyde Earle Bever was the son of Tunis Melvil Bever and Cora Wagner Bever.Tunis died 13 August 1890, and in time Cora Wagner Bever remarried. With "Hunter" she had a son, Bobby. We know of no children with "Case". Because we have these photos, I assume that the family was in touch with Cora and Earle through the years, though nobody at present knows anything about him. |

At the bottom of this photo, Minerva Bever Henderson has written: "Earle Bever 5 yrs 5 mo." Minerva was Earle's aunt, the sister of his deceased father. The photo was taken by Maxwell in Spokane, Washington. |

The handwriting on the back of this photo is that of my Great-grandmother, Minerva Bever Henderson. Tunis was her brother, and Earle would have been her nephew. The back simply reads: D. Earle Bever This is a bit of a puzzlement, because to the best of my knowledge his first name was "Clyde". |

The stories that have come down through the family indicate that Earle Bever was a professional baseball player. This photo has the name "Earle Bever" written on the back in Minerva Bever Henderson's handwriting. The words "Gibson Victoria B.C." are embossed on the front of the photo card. The edges are gold colored. |

This snapshot has "Earl Bever. Cousin" written on the back in Ruth Henderson Trump's handwriting. Ruth Henderson Trump was the daughter of Minerva Bever Henderson, and would have been Earle's cousin. To me and Mom, this looks as though it could be cousin Leon Shaw, rather than cousin Earle Bever. |
|
On the back of this snapshot is the name "Earl Bever", and an address in Port Orchards, Washington. |
